the SAT organizational scheme, the covenant signed
by the "Regional or Local Institution"
and FUNDAEC provides the necessary legal framework
to the agreements acquired by the two parties so
as to implement the program in the various places
as determined by the NGO or official entity. Aside
from the contractual, the covenant represents an
alliance between organizations and persons that
share the same vision of development and which have
included in their mission the use of education as
an instrument to develop the potential catalysts
for change found within the rural populations, especially
among the youth. |
